How can we apply Luna EMG therapy for patients staying in bed?
How can we apply Luna EMG therapy for patients staying in bed:
Passive
When a patient is weak, not able to move or even unconscious, use the CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) program to prevent joint contractures. Moving each joint through its full range in all appropriate planes maintains or increases its motion and prevents limited mobility.
Active Assistive
When a patient has some muscle activity - use Reactive Electromyography T&H and T&R programs as well as EMG-triggered games. Active participation of a patient in exercises contributes to significantly better results in the rehabilitation process.
Active (& Resistive)
When a patient has muscle force and activity but is immobilized in bed - work with gamified rehabilitation programs to make the physical therapy sessions more engaging and fun.
Holistic Approach: Train Upper and Lower Limb with Luna EMG - All Major Joints!
